All Bill Plant Driving School Instructors will have access to a unique platform highlighting all the details of their own pupils, so that they can work together on a one-to-one basis and dedicate lesson time to specific areas that require improvement and accurately calculate the pupil’s Theory Test readiness via a scoring algorithm.

Peter Brabin, Head of Training at Bill Plant Driving School commented:

“We have so many pupils mid-way through their learning to drive journey that are prepping for their Theory Tests, and the situation that we find ourselves in has truly thrown a spanner in the works. But rather than seeing this as a setback, we want to work with all of our pupils to ensure that they’re fully prepared to go into their Theory Test, when lockdown has been lifted, and get full marks.

“We’ve been working incredibly hard behind the scenes to get this up and running and are excited to be able to continue working with our pupils and bring in new student, while also enabling our Driving Instructors to teach again.”

The Starter Course includes:

  • One hour’s private Introductory Theory tutoring with a Bill Plant Driving School Instructor via video conferencing
  • Online Training Materials, including unlimited DVSA Mock Theory Tests, over 700 high-quality Hazard Perception clips, and more than three hours of Practical Lesson video tutorials

Alongside this, there are two additional courses where pupils can also purchase five or 10-hours’ worth of additional Driving Instructor private tuition and feedback, including a walkthrough of the various different learning categories.

The courses, depending on the objectives and preferred learning style of each pupil, can be completed independently. Following this, they will be reviewed either independently by the Driving Instructor, or together via a video conference call.

This is not only available to pupils already learning to drive with a Bill Plant Driving School Instructor but any learner driver looking to start or enhance their Theory knowledge.
