1. The prize draw is open to any UK based Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) or Potential Driving Instructor (PDI) and requires a registration number from the DVSA to enter.

2. The winner will be selected at random. 

3. The ‘Big Summer Giveaway’ is run by Intelligent Instructor Ltd.

4. The free draw will run until midnight, 31st August.

5. Entrants must be over the age of 21

6. The winner will be announced on the Intelligent Instructor Facebook page and notified by email

7. The promoter reserves the right to alter the prizes available, however will endeavour to retain the overall value of the prize draw

8. In the event of a dispute the promoter (Intelligent Instructor) will have the final decision and no discussion will be entered into.

9. Our winner has 7 days to acknowledge their win by email or a new winner will be selected. ii will make all reasonable attempts to contact our winner before moving the prizes to someone else.
