1. Intelligent Instructor reserve the right to cancel or move the sessions, up to 48hrs before the event
  2. Price paid includes vat
  3. Refunds will only be processed if ticket cancelled within 28 days of the event
  4. Credit for a future masterclass session will be granted if cancelled between 28 days and 48hrs of the event
  5. No refunds or credits will be given if the session is cancelled 48hrs before the event date/time
