DVLA have restarted provisional licence applications

Following on from the recent news on photocard extensions, the DVLA are now accepting new provisional applications.

You cannot currently apply for a new provisional licence because of coronavirus (COVID-19).

You can still apply if you’re a key worker - for example, a doctor, nurse or school teacher.
