Risk management with Ray Seagrave (Tuesday 14th November 6pm-8pm)

In this session Ray covers a detailed look at how risk is managed throughout, how it impacts on the structure of your lessons and the importance of effective feedback in managing future safe driving behaviours.

In this session Lou will highlight the standards check/part 3 test expectations and how you can incorporate these into your preparations. Focusing on teaching and learning strategies,Lou will give easy to understand explanations of the related competencies, examples of what works and how to avoid some common traps.

We can’t underestimate the power of good questioning skills and how they can enhance the work of an ADI and help their client to improve. Learning to ask the best question at the most suitable time is a skill and needs practice and understanding.
