Love is in the air and Intelligent Instructor is not immune to sharing a little bit of that joy.

The winners have been revealed for the Intelligent Instructor Awards 2023. This independent judging panel celebrates the very best in class for the driver training industry. It spans instructors, driving schools, cars as well as industry suppliers.

Behind the wheel

In association with AcciDON’T Driving School, individual ADIs received over 7,300 public votes this year to find the best instructors! Over 100,000 new drivers were canvassed to nominate their instructor. Public ranking was combined with the independent judging panel’s ranking, to determine our worthy winners.

Other winners from across the driver training were announced and celebrated too.

The UK’s best driving instructor is named as Stephanie Coulson. Based in Goole, Yorkshire, she is officially named as UK’s Driving Instructor of the Year 2023. Many congratulations for coming out on top of a very competitive and worthy field of driver trainers doing such important, potentially life saving work.

Being the best

“We are proud to reward the very best instructors, driving schools and suppliers,”  states Richard Storrs, founder of Intelligent Instructor.

“This industry is often overlooked and unrewarded,” adds Storrs. “It shouldn’t be underestimated how important this industry is to helping make new drivers safer road users.’
